Education: Bachelor degree and 8 years computerized maintenance management system administration experience. Or Associate degree and 12 years computerized maintenance management system administration experience. Experience: Significant work control experience is desired. Thorough knowledge of variety of operating activities such as purchasing, materials, scheduling, task hazard identification/controls, preventive and corrective maintenance. Work Control experience in the DOD / DOE / ISMS / VPP / Commercial Nuclear environment is preferred. Job Description: Position Overview: The Production Planning job family is responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing the efficient maintenance, operation and performance of work assignments. Coordinates with various departments to achieve optimum utilization of operations and maintenance resources to effectively achieve production improvements through usage of industry standard methodologies. Support the planning, directing and activity coordination of work to accommodate the preventative, corrective, general maintenance and documentation for the Plant Operations Team. Plan, direct and coordinate through the CMMS to ensure the client’s needs are met, KPIs are reached, and daily work load continuously flows. Assigns work orders to Maintenance Planners and Schedulers, coordinating directly with the Management Team duties assigned. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS • Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees. • Perform all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations. • Administrative, organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MSOffice programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook). • Coordinate User Setup, assigning system user Id’s, passwords, user profiles, and setting system preferences. • Ability to train others on how to use computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). • Make modifications to the scheduling as necessary to achieve maximum use of resources including balancing priorities, manpower, material, and equipment availability. • Responsible for maintaining CMMS to current levels by performing additions, modifications, and deletions to Preventative Maintenance work orders generated for properties, equipment, and assets. • Work with end-users to resolve problems, address functional issues, and provide guidance in the use of the CMMS. • Responsible for understanding plant business processes as they pertain to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Work Control. • Prepare required system reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting • Other duties as assigned.
