**Job Summary** The Northern California PM/CM Group of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Executive for immediate employment in Northern California\. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Project Management, Construction Management and business development for California public works facilities projects\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
• Will take the lead to identify and pursue leads in Northern California
• Manage the qualification, proposal and interview process
• Identify project staffing
• Negotiate agreements with clients and maintain client relations with existing clients
• Provide oversight and direction on programs/projects and leadership to AECOM staff
• May be AECOM’s primary contact with client’s leadership team
• May be the primary responsible person for the delivery of AECOM services to the client
• Verify that projects are being managed appropriately in compliance with AECOM and client requirements, and that AECOM is providing the technical support required on the program/project
**Minimum Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience, including minimum 10 years of construction and project related experience, as well as management of staff during the pre\-construction and construction phases
• Minimum five years of experience on California public works projects
• Client account management experience at the manager or executive level or demonstrated equivalent combination of skills and knowledge
• Advanced communications, presentation and negotiation skills
• Substantial industry social networks and positive name recognition within Industry
• Advanced access to market / client leadership, operations and strategic insights
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent major healthcare initiatives
