The selected individual must be able to see projects through from start to finish, including timelines, budgets, resources and provide formal reports and SOPs. The candidate must be extremely detail oriented in both the technical side of projects as well as project management and following established governmental processes.
May be required to work evenings and weekends. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required)

Job Description: AECOM is seeking an Audio/Video Team Lead with a strong technical background and ability to lead a team of ~10 AV technicians in a fast-paced federal environment.
The selected individual must have extensive experience with AV infrastructure design, implementation and configuration of Polycom and AMX systems. He/She must be able to lead a team of AV front-end technicians who are dedicated to directly supporting users in conference rooms, Multipurpose rooms and Auditoriums. He/She must be fully versed on video solutions such as AMX video switches, Panasonic video mixers, video recording, video post-production, videography, stage lighting, audio mixer boards, video scalers, Polycom video bridges, VBrick streaming encoders, and more.
The selected individual must be able to lead a team of AV back-end technicians dedicated to directly supporting the engineering and infrastructure side including Polycom RMX, CMA, DMA, VBP's; VBrick h.264 HD streaming encoders, delegate style microphone system (e.g. Danish), wireless handheld and lapel microphones, commercial grade projectors and LCD displays with AMX digital signage and the full suite of AV controls in a large auditorium style room.
The selected individual must be able to design and implement new technologies, understand how AV solutions integrate with a Cisco based network (e.g. QOS), Cisco VoIP solutions and Cisco WebEx and existing AV solutions. He/She must be competent with room based remote PTZ cameras (e.g. Sony BRC series), Canon video cameras and L series lenses (e.g. Canon C100) and mobile lighting kits.
