**About the Business Line** **Construction Services**
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs\. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\.
**Job Summary** Under direct supervision this intern will assist the Emerging Technologies team\.
+ Conduct research, prepare reports and make recommendations based on findings\.
+ Assist in the production of Power Points\.
+ Edit previous reports and Power Point presentations
+ Participate in the planning of projects and initiatives\.
+ Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from senior professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments\.
+ Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed instructions
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Strong technical skills\.
+ Excellent grammar skills\.
+ Effective oral and written communication skills\.
+ Ability to interact with peers and fellow employees in a professional manner\.
+ Must be a CM or Engineering major\.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is required\. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Access is preferred\.
**Preferred Qualifications** A GPA of 3\.0 or higher is preferred\.
