**Job Summary**
The Transportation Division of AECOM actively seeks a motivated, detail oriented team member for immediate employment in the Denver Tech Center office\. An appropriate qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in civil engineering, specific to Land Development and/or infrastructure design with relevant experience in roadway, grading, utility, drainage and erosion design and technical report preparation\. The applicant must work well within a team environment and is willing to perform a wide variety of tasks on numerous projects simultaneously and communicate openly\. The incumbent can look forward to projects including large scale land development, master planning, entitlement, subdivision development, infrastructure design, and real estate support for the Stapleton Redevelopment, Lowry Redevelopment, Horizon Uptown Development and potentially a number of other private sector projects\.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and create engineering plans and reports for planning, design and construction documents
+ Regular interaction with client, consultants and review agencies regarding professional services required for land entitlement, infrastructure design and real estate support
+ Perform project engineering functions related to the estimation of specific project proposals of scope and fee, QA/QC and management of project deliverables while meeting schedule and budgetary constraints
+ This position requires the flexibility to serve as a cross\-disciplinary resource to best serve the needs of AECOM
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or appropriate discipline
+ Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in the civil engineering of multi\-disciplinary Land Development projects or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
+ Detail oriented candidate with land development, site design experience
+ Emphasis in infrastructure design, roadways, utilities, grading, drainage, and erosion control
+ Ability to work within a team in a client first environment
+ Hands\-on design skills utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, excellent communication and writing skills
+ Colorado Engineer Intern \(EI\) anticipated, with career goal to gain Professional Engineer \(PE\) certification
+ Valid driver's license
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Willingness to travel occasionally/as needed
