We enable the success of our employees and our operations by ensuring they have the tools, information, resources and support they need to do their jobs\. **Job Summary** Managing a small team of 3 HR proffessionals your role will see you provide an effective and efficient human resources generalist function that is aligned with HR's and Aecom's strategic goals\. The position will see you successfully implement HR strategy and deliver great HR services to your internal stakeholders\. _HR Planning and Budgeting Management_ You will define, collect, analyze and use indicator data from a variety of sources to identify and drive continuous improvement of HR planning and budgeting with the support of APAC's HR Centre Of Excellence team\. You will drive HR related cost savings and manage HR budgets as set\. _Recruitment and Retention_ Attract, retain and motivate staff\. You will manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture with support from the Talent Acquisition team\. _Training and Development_ You will Identify training /skills / competency needs within the organization with support from the Talent Management team\. Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line management\. _Employee Relations_ You will provide HR consultancy support to management team as well as to employees\. You will handle conflict resolution, counseling, and other employee relations issues\. You will develop effective ways of communication channels to make sure that we have proactive communication "down and up" the organization\. You will support your regional and local employee activities and maintain positive morale throughout your region\. _Performance Management_ Manage the company performance management process\. Implement performance management initiatives\. Ensure that performance management is standardized\. Ensure that all employees are informed of and trained in the application of the performance management model and system\. Monitoring, evaluating and reporting results\. _Compensation and Benefit_ Organize the payroll, salary, social insurance and other benefit programs implementation\. _Policies and Procedures_ Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures with support from COE teams\. Ensure consistent HR practices and process per company policy and procedures _HR Team Management and Administration_ Provide coaching and development for HR team or selective employees and build a culture of strong leadership, continuing learning and high efficiency for the team members\. Coach and monitor subordinates for relevant HR administrative duties\. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor degree or above with at least 8 years experience in HR in multi\-national companies\. Related Industry experience as a preference\. + General HR experience including familiarity with daily operational fields of the human resources practice\. + Knowledge of relevant labor law and regulations + Knowledge of good Excel, Word, HRIS management and report writing skills\. + Confident and proactive with good project management skills\. + Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail\. + Good communication \(both verbal and written\), including interpersonal skills and client service mindset\. + Strong team player and ability to work independently\. + Good command of English and Chinese in both oral and written communications\. **Preferred Qualifications** Bachelor Degree or above\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
