We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our Human Resources team within our highly successful multinational organisation\. The appointed candidate will rotate around our various HR functions in order to gain a broad knowledge and understanding of HR, before specializing in one function\.
The role will be based initially within our Graduate Talent Acquisition Team in St\. Albans, supporting our graduate recruitment campaign\. Here you will gain a broad insight into the implementation of our marketing & attraction campaigns, selection activities, and candidate management amongst others\. Subsequent rotations may include HR Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility\.
In both instances we expect the successful candidate to be fully mobile across the UK and potentially further afield into Continental Europe\. Other roles may be identified in other offices over the coming months\.
We encourage the professional development of all our graduates so you will be supported towards your CIPD Chartership, including providing you with a mentor within the specific teams you rotate through\.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Supporting the implementation of our graduate marketing & attraction campaign
+ Supporting graduate selection activities
+ Candidate management via our recruitment management systems
+ Maintenance and enhancement of training record systems
+ Training event administration and organisation
+ Supporting the delivery of soft skills training sessions
+ Project management of professional qualification mock interviews
+ Co\-design of training sessions and assisting in commissioning of external trainers
+ Assisting other members of the Learning & Development team when required
+ Designing & enhancing training records
+ Assisting with graduate development programme modules
+ Designing training materials & commissioning external trainers
+ Support the HR Business Partners in strategic activity across the business and successfully contribute to the overall Business Line People Strategies
+ Support the HR Regional team in providing advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters and advising on HR policies and procedures
+ Assist in the development of new HR policies and procedures
+ Produce data to support new HR initiatives and provide recommendations, where appropriate
+ Support the delivery of strategic projects within a location and/or business line
+ Develop knowledge on employment legislation and case law within the UK

**Minimum Requirements**
+ HR related Degree \(ideally CIPD recognised\)\. Similar business degrees will be considered if they encompass a HR element
+ Ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge & understanding of the various HR functions, and the support & guidance they provide to a business
+ Clear & genuine passion for HR
+ No more than 2 years relevant HR experience post\-graduation
+ Solid and demonstrable administration skills with excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritise, multi\-task and manage time effectively
+ Proven ability in the use of MS Office to an advanced level, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word
+ Highly mobile and flexible \- available to travel throughout the UK and potentially Continental Europe
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Excellent communication skills \- comfortable working with candidates at all levels and building stakeholder relationships internally
+ Ability to influence others at all levels
+ Proven organisational skills , self\-motivated and professional
+ Team player, with a proactive self\-starter approach
+ A second language, preferably in either Russian, Spanish or German would be advantageous
