Our global network of top\-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries\. **Job Summary** The Transportation Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented R/W Project Manager for immediate employment in the Louisville, KY office\. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in right of way acquisition, relocation and property owner coordination\. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: + Organizes and conducts R/W related tasks and planning work which has a well\-defined scope + Lead business development and marketing strategies for building a R/W group + Supervise R/W agents and projects in the disciplines of appraisal, acquisition, relocation and property management, condemnation and project within the guidelines of the Uniform Act + Managing the right of way phase of road projects where right of way is being acquired for local public agencies \(LPAs\) or the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet + Actively participate in project team meetings beginning with the planning stage through the right of way phase as required + Coordinate and negotiate with property owners, R/W agents, project engineers, lawyers, public agencies and local officials + Act as Project Manager for LPA projects as directed **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelors degree or equivalent + Minimum 6 Years of Experience working on right of way acquisition for public agencies + Experience working on projects utilizing requirement under the Uniform Act and Federal Aid projects + MS Office software, roadway plan reading, specific software related to KYTC reporting **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to Coordinate more complex functions of real estate and propertymanagement + Ability to work independently + Knowledgeable on how to review the claims and perform quality control over the work completedby the level I **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
