Minimum Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Two years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS support, maintenance scheduling, or maintenance supervision related to industrial or facility maintenance, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Understanding of Preventative Maintenance Program Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in maintenance asset management support: understanding Asset naming conventions and maintenance system’s integration using industry standards such as BOMA.
2. Record of proven performance as a CMMS Specialist or Maintenance Software Start-up Manager on previous industrial/manufacturing projects in the Facility/Process Maintenance Management Industry.
3. Extensive experience in querying, developing reports, and functionality within a Computerized Maintenance Management System such as Maximo or SAP.
4. Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills
5. Strong technical background in facility or industrial maintenance. A strong background in maintenance Planning/Scheduling in an industrial/manufacturing/research facilities environment.
6. Extensive knowledge of and experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP or Maximo.
7. Able to read, understand and follow mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints and other specifications.
8. Experience in Site Start-up activity is a plus.

• Requires ability to attend meetings throughout the site and potentially travel to other URS, customer and/or vendor locations in the area, as well as some air travel to more distant locations.
• Requires the ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings and presentations.
• Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.
• Requires some moving of light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets and other storage locations.
• Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
Special Requirements:
• Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.

Job Description: URS, an AECOM company, is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Planning / CMMS Analyst in Peoria, IL. Typical work hours are 7:00am – 4:00pm; hours may vary based on business demand.
The Maintenance Planning / CMMS Analyst acts as maintenance systems management SME, and adds support to maintenance teams with development of strategies that help create processes and programs to manage and execute facility or production maintenance using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), such as Maximo or SAP. This position will assist in creating best-practices for field work execution utilizing maintenance management software tools. The Maintenance Planning Analyst will be required to proactively identify maintenance assets, the inter-connected system sequence of operations, and support the development of maintenance job plans related to preventative and predictive maintenance. This person should be fluent in either facility or production maintenance management assets or job planning functions with Operational experience. This position will identify opportunities, perform root cause analysis, and develop Preventative Maintenance Job Plan standards associated with building or production assets.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: high level asset management related to CMMS start-ups and ongoing services; deploying and utilizing software modules related to maintenance activity; supporting CMMS work management processes and maintenance enhancement projects; performing asset data-collection and verification; supporting Preventative Maintenance programs; perform some amount of start-up activity for new facility add-ons; supporting process management and operations excellence. This position will also be available to support various special projects, asset management, metric and performance measurement reporting, and site start-ups. Experience working within Computer Maintenance Management Systems will be a critical function of the position; as well as ability to read, understand and follow mechanical and electrical schematics, maintenance activity, and other maintenance specifications. Experience in maintenance engineering or equipment troubleshooting/support is a plus.
