**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary**
**The Opportunity**
If you enjoy technical drawing and design, then this is an excellent opportunity for you to start your career in Computer Aided Design \(CAD\)\.
The role is based in our Water & Urban Development CAD team and you will be working closely with the CAD Manage, CAD Systems Manager \- NZ and Engineers in an open and collaborative environment you will be engaged on a variety of civil engineering / water draughting projects\. You will be working in a great team where you will also have the opportunity learn some expert knowledge through our mentoring programme\.
As part of your on\-going training we will develop your skills in the use of the latest Computer Aided Design and drafting software to produce engineering design documentation for our clients\.

**Minimum Requirements**
**About You**
You will be naturally passionate about technical design, perhaps recently finished school our having completed a relevant diploma and seeking your first draughting role\. You will need to be self\-motivated, practical and enthusiastic and able demonstrate a commitment to learn and be the best\!
**Preferred Qualifications**
Preference would be for a recent CPIT student seeking first job or a school leaver with a strong desire to develop a technical drawing / CAD draughting career\.
