Job Description: AECOM is seeking a Performance Manager to join our team in Arlington, Virginia to support the United States Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) Enterprise Program Management Services program. ITA has been providing support to customers in the National Capital Region (NCR) since 1995 and AECOM is looking for individuals to provide subject matter experts, engineers, program and project management support.
The Performance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. PM takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. PM defines project scope and objectives and develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. PM provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
The candidate ensures compliance with various international and national standardization organizations such as ISO9001:2000, CMMI, etc. Collects, organizes and analyzes organizational project data to assess customer satisfaction. Authors program related documentation as appropriate. The candidate determines/evaluates Root Cause and Corrective/ Preventative Action. Develops and initiates Corrective Action Plans. The candidate verifies corrective action and implementation. The candidate performs product quality control, peer reviews and/or audits to assess compliance with stated requirements. Ensures focus on organizational continuous improvement plans and programs and authors QA products. Provides mentoring and training to program employees where appropriate.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop performance dashboards for customers, to include service performance, financial performance, process performance, personnel/contract performance. This includes activities such as running reports and data filtering/ performing analysis on the report.
• Maintain interactive spreadsheets and presentations within SharePoint.
• Manage a yearly review of the overall program to determine recommended improvements in the program and modifications needed.
• Develop, review, and refine business process maps for all applicable
