**Job Summary** We are seeking a business analyst intern to support the Enterprise Applications team and the Program Management Office in our Downtown Los Angeles, California office\.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Assists on a variety of projects in Corporate IT, including business requirements documentation, testing and other tasks as assigned\.
+ Assists with organizing and coordinating meetings and events\.
+ Assists with documentation of IT change management procedures\.
+ Prepares material needed by management or team for conferences, appointments, meetings, teleconference calls, etc\.
+ Assist in the preparation of training materials, communiqués, various presentations and system documentation\.
+ Works independently, assumes leadership in support of group / staff assigned\.
+ Uses judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non\-routine situations\.
**Minimum Requirements** Successful candidate will be both an independent worker who demonstrates a high level of initiative and someone who can work collaboratively as part of a large and dynamic team\.
+ Pursuing college degree\.
+ Any related experience in finance, accounting, or computer\-related fields is desirable\.
+ Ability to work cooperatively with others\.
+ Good analytical skills and ability to learn quickly\.
+ Persistence and a strong task orientation balanced with excellent teamwork, listening skills and diplomacy\.
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment with a sense of urgency\.
+ Ability to develop structure and processes\.
+ Strong written and oral communications skills\.
+ Solid problem\-solving ability\.
+ Strong organizational skills \- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously\.
+ Ability to be resourceful and work independently\.
+ High proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools \(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio\)\.
**Preferred Qualifications** Strong preference for college juniors and seniors\.
