**About the Business Line** **Architecture**

Our design process is based on energy\-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long\-term performance\.
**Job Summary** Responsibilities:
+ Develops solutions for a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity\.
+ Works under general supervision\.
+ Exercises independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solves problems when encountered, and receives guidance on projects\.
+ Develops architectural designs to meet project specifications\. Prepares designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings,and working drawings, and develops details and edits specifications\. Adapts and modifies design features and operational methods to meet a variety of situations\.
+ Prepares architectural reports and progress narratives\.\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's in Architecture
+ Licensed as a registeredarchitect, preferably in the state in which the office is located\.
+ 5\+ experience in producing work in the planning and design of mid\-size to large projects\.
+ Ability to work well in teams
+ Must have intermediate design and production skills
+ Knowledge of design and construction document production, standard construction techniques and principles\.
+ Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in Architecture
+ Working knowledge of design production techniques such as Revit, Adobe Graphics Suite, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign,and Illustrator
+ Portfolio showing 3D visualization skills
+ LEED accreditation or willingness to achieve within six months of hire\.
