Minimum Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional human resources experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, and one or more functional areas of human resources, such as compensation, staffing, benefits, employee relations.
• Strong PC skills with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a complex, changing environment.
• Must be customer oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident of the United States (Green Card holder).
Preferred Requirements:
• PHR/SPHR
• Experience with EEO/Affirmative Action Programs, Employee Relations, HRIS reporting
• Experience in a related industry such as Engineering or Construction.

Position Description:
Under minimal supervision, performs professional level support activities in one or more functional areas of human resources. Performs work that is varied, may be somewhat difficult in nature and requires discretion and independent judgment. Researches, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations on assigned projects. Provides assistance to line management. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures. Prepares reports in conformance with legal requirements or organization needs.
