We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents\. **Job Summary** **_Responsibilities:_** 99. Report to the Director of Operations at Guangzhou office directly on all HR issues and co\-ordinate with PRC Senior Manager to ensure internal consistency\. 99. Manage and maintain operational office HR issues in term of recruitment, training and morale programs and activates, etc\. 99. Coordinate performance management and provide support to participating managers\. 99. Handles conflict resolution, counseling, and other employee relations issues\. 99. Responsible for employee benefit administration in compliance with local regulations 99. Ensure payroll and social insurance administration smoothly\. 99. Keep contacts with HR agent for handling visa and work permit, etc for relevant staff\. 99. Ensures HRIS system remains up to date 99. Other assignments related to HR **Minimum Requirements** 99. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management / Business Management or in relevant discipline preferred\. 99. Generally requires 3 years’ experience of human resources generalist experienceat multi\-national firm\. 99. Be familiar with relevant labor laws, including national and local regulations\. 99. Good command of written and spoken in English\. 99. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multi\-cultural staff\. 99. Tactful & self\-discipline with pleasant personality, ability to work under pressure\. 99.
