Preferred Requirements: • Advanced business school/secretarial training preferred. • AECOM or URS experience preferred Additional Information: • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. • Relocation benefits are not available for this position. The Office Services Administrator will on their own initiative perform a range of administrative duties that span from general office support under the direction of senior project management to support to field construction employees under the direction of senior construction management. The employee possesses a thorough and extensive knowledge of office practices, AECOM corporate administrative procedures, and Hanford/WRPS administrative procedures. Responsibilities Provide secretarial support to Senior Staff members and their staff in both Aiken and at field locations. This includes general office tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, scheduling activities and meetings, ordering supplies, preparing expense reports, arranging both international and domestic travel, and providing back up support to the other Executive Secretaries and Executive Staff, in addition to generating or modifying documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Adobe Professional. Review, correct and format various reports and documents. Coordinate and set up web meetings using WEBEX, LiveMeeting, Meeting to Go, Via3 (Secure Encrypted meetings), and others for all PS locations all across the country FSGMOS EOE M/F/Disability/Veteran
