Excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software. Familiarity with resume management technology tools. Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Position will require 50% or more of travel. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. MILITARY RECRUITING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Job Description: The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle and high volume recruiting of technical and general corporate administrative positions within the AECOM Mission Readiness Group. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to identify needs, attract talent, assess candidates, negotiate and close offers, and help to ensure the successful entry of talent into the organization. Source applicants utilizing a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to, social media, newspaper advertising, internet sources, colleges, professional publications and associations, and internal and external job fairs. Screen and evaluate resumes and forward to appropriate hiring managers and/or local HR Representatives. Interview applicants and make recommendation for position hire as appropriate. Represent the company at recruiting events such as external job fair(s), on-site job fair(s), and military recruiting event(s). Conduct background and reference checks on applicants; prepare job postings and distribute internally and externally. Prepare and follow up on offer letters in conjunction with HR representatives. Maintain applicant flow data for AAP; identify diversity outreach agencies; track resumes through use of an applicant tracking system or resume database; maintain metrics related to the recruitment function. Additionally, provide recruitment training to management and HR staff. Success carrying requisition loads of 15-25 complex technical and professional requisitions, and ensuring positions are filled within 45 days or less.
