Minimum Requirements: REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture or science and 11 years related experience
Or
• Associate degree in engineering, architecture or science and 15 years related experience
Or
• High school diploma/equivalent and 19 years related experience
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be a US or naturalized citizen able to obtain and maintain PCAPP site access
• Must be computer literate in common software applications and able to operate general office equipment
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or science or equivalent education or specific training in area of expertise, as approved by the pertinent Discipline Chief
• Experience in industrial plant operaitons or related technical responsibility in a corporate or Government position
• Background and experience conducting readiness assessments and/or operational readiness reviews
• Experience in Project Management and positions requiring significant research, development and review of technical information
• Working knowledge of operational readiness methodology and techniques
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working in a toxic/hazardous environment
• Experience working for Department of Defense or Department of Energy site/program
• Experience with the Operational Readiness Review process and requirements within the Chemical Demilitarization industry

Job Description: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / TASKS
• Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees.

• May be required to work overtime or varying hours.
• Be at work when scheduled and maintain a good attendance record.
• Work in close proximity to and or in a chemical demilitarization facility.
• Conduct readiness assessment and/or operational readiness review activities to confirm appropriate facility equipment, personnel and administrative programs have achieved an adequate state of readiness for key project milestones, including start of agent operations.
• Develop written action plans and establish performance objectives and criteria to assess and confirm operational readiness.
• Review functional areas and evaluate affidavits, documents and records.
• Gather data, conduct interviews, and perform field observations.
• Prepare reports describing readiness reviews, conclusions, and findings.
• Track and manage readiness assessment and operational readiness review findings to completion.
• Maintain oversight documentation for facility and/or regulatory use and support independent assessment.
• Coordinate readiness activities of plant personnel and/or subcontractors as applicable.
• Manage the ORR SharePoint website, including customer and stakeholder access
• Maintain ORR communications with our customer, stakeholders, and PCAPP management.
• Read, comprehend, and interpret standards applicable to chemical demilitarization.
• Develop readiness demonstration scenarios and evaluation criteria.
• Develop and conduct training for those involved in the ORR process.
• Assist in establishing and leading readiness boards.
• Update the ORR schedule
