Education: Requires BA or BS in Computer Science Experience: Knowledge of software or database development or management experience. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and web hosting software (e.g., Microsoft Internet Information Services). Job Description: JOB SUMMARY The Readiness Assurance Evidence Administrator is the primary interface for the readiness-specific software acquired or developed in support of WTP readiness assurance activities. The Readiness Assurance Evidence Administrator must have significant expertise in manipulating and operating computer software applications, including MS Office, spreadsheets, and database software. Provides administrative and technical support of the software applications, an electronic system for managing the activities and cataloging objective evidence for readiness activities. Role includes software user training and administration and maintenance of software quality requirements. Advises management of problems and progress related to readiness projects and software interfaces. This Readiness Assurance Evidence Administrator is to exhibit significant attention to detail in work performance MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS • Maintaining Readiness Assurance Program documentation (e.g., program descriptions, procedures, and guides) that support use of program databases. • Loading and maintaining performance criteria and objectives and associated expectations tailored to WTP Project requirements. • Managing user accounts within the database. • Coordinating and communicating with database users to ensure database functionality meets user needs. • Compiling and distributing process metrics to track database performance. • Training and mentoring users assigned to readiness projects in the database, including the initial user training. • Performing, or assisting in, assessments on database performance.
