Requisition Number: IE103817 Interest Category: Project/Program Management Interest Sub Category: Project Management Job Title : Senior Project Director Employment Category/Status: full-time Type of Position: Regular Hire Country: U.S. State: Ohio City: Columbus Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline • Minimum 20 years of industry-related experience, including 15 years of project management experience • Registered Architect in OH or ability to obtain by reciprocity • Minimum 10 years of architectural design, planning and project management experience associated with design and construction of healthcare projects of significant scope ($15M - $250M) • Strong knowledge and ability to serve in the role as a Project Director responsible for a multi discipline team in the development of comprehensive, coordinated construction documents for small to large diverse and complex projects • Experience in leading teams of in-house and consultant staff • Excellent supervisory skills and ability to communicate with and motivate team members • Must be able to supervise staff on multiple projects, provide aggressive planning, design, management, technical leadership and support to team members, verify that all work is completed as planned and scheduled in compliance with company quality assurance practices • Completion of AECOM project management certification within six months of hire • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test Job Description: AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Project Director for immediate employment for the Columbus, OH office.
