GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere\. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world\. GSS supports the U\.S\. Government, non\-U\.S\. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support\. **Job Summary** AECOM seeks a Program Manager to support business intelligence and market evaluation of Middle East markets\. Monitoring of key indicators of stability, economy, religion and governance will allow AECOM to improve service offerings to critical customers in the Middle East, North Africa, and East Asia\. The Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the project for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements\. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities\. Manages the design direction of a project through implementation and follow up in accordance with project objectives\. Also responsible for acquiring follow\-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals\. This project is of moderate complexity\. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related \(intelligence environment\) experience\. **Minimum Requirements** • Certified as a Project Management Professional through a recognized professional \(e\.g\. Project Management Institute – PMI\) organization • At least ten \(10\) total years of demonstrated work experience including at least three \(3\) years in managing programs of 20 or more personnel with a proven record of managing multi\-task programs, controlling funds and resources, and successfully meeting customer requirements with a quality deliverable • At least five \(5\) years of experience with service delivery to primary Intelligence Community activities • At least three \(3\) years in management of projects with multiple \(three or more\) subcontractors with a demonstrated ability to foster, implement, and coordinate across various levels and sizes of subcontractors • Overseas experience with substantive knowledge of various intelligence/information gathering operations Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, management related field or equivalency \(8 years of verifiable experience in the IC may be substituted for the degree requirement\) • PMP certification \(verifiable\) Clearance Requirement: • TS with SCI eligibility **Preferred Qualifications** • Demonstrated experience with prosecution of open\-source intelligence • At least three \(3\) years’ experience managing linguistic service\-type contracts • Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing requirements • Demonstrated possession of excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, excellent writing skills; strong customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, and superb attention to detail **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
