**Job Summary** The Design and Consulting Services \(DCS\) division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Administrative Assistant for immediate employment in the Southfield, Michigan office\. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demostrate an established career in Office Administration\. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects\. The incumbent can look forward to projects of all types and sizes\.
Incumbent responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
\-Perform secretarial, clerical and administrative duties in support of the Site Manager and the Business Line Leaders
\-Assemble and reproduce prepared documents for both internal and external distribution
\-Provide/facilitate administrative support to senior professional/technical staff as needed
\-Archiving, records management, document control within a specific BL and/or site\-wide
\-Schedule conferences, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports for Site Manager and Business Line Leaders
\-Welcome new hires in the office and coordinate first\-day orientation with HR
\-Monitor/order office supplies based on need\. Ensure ample supplies are on\-hand at all times
\-Manage office equipment repairs \(place repair tickets\) when needed
\-Manage office maintenance with building management \(bldg\. maintenance tickets\) when needed
\-Manage office social events \(Breakfasts, lunches, Holiday events, Birthday celebrations, get well cards, golf outings, etc…\)
\-Coordinate and issue the office monthly newsletter
\-Manage front desk staff and coverage
\-Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
**Minimum Requirements**
+ **Associate's degree in related field or equivalent work experience**
+ **Minimum five years of experience**
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
+ Proficient business development, marketing and sales skills
+ Ability to manage and/or direct other manager in the use of project schedules
