**Job Summary**
+ Work as a strong business partner to provide effective HRservice to Business lines leaders in Recruitment, Staff Counseling, Employee relationships,and Performancemanagementin an equitable, effective and responsive manner to internal clients of the Company\.
+ Work closely with business partner to provide HR regular analysis, oversee potential management problem and well communication on problem solvin\.
+ Assist HRM to implement new policy & procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency under regional instructions\.
+ Assist HRM the re\-structure or harmonization of HR projects and programs, and ensure all programs are processed on schedule with good quality\.
+ Work with HRM toensure that Company is in compliance with the local labor laws in the HR management function\.
+ Work with HRM to facilitate with regional Centers of Excellence and other city HR BPs to ensure good joint efforts\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant fields \(or equivalent combination of experience\) required
+ Generally requires 5\+ years’ human resources experience, preferably in the fast paced MNC\.
+ Preferred Employee Relation or C&B working experience\.
+ Excellent writing and communication skills, both in English and Mandarin
+ Good planning and analytical skills with proven project implementation ability
+ SoundKnowledge of relevant labor laws and related regulations
+ Sound computer skills with MS office software\.
