We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents\. **Job Summary** Key responsibilities and accountabilities + Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for developing the learning agenda in line with overall business objectives and strategy across the operating companies\. + Managing the Learning & Development staff when it comes to reporting on L&D and linking into the Head of Learning & Development for Europe for advice and guidance on AECOM\`s strategic programmes + Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders + Responsibility for end\-to\-end training activity for the core employees up to senior management level\. The aspect of training will cover, commercial training, soft skills, management and leadership development and oversee technical skills programme + Manage all the legislative requirements aligned to Skill Development Act, National qualifications authority and Employment Equity Act + Ensure training and development is aligned to the transformation plan and positioning the function to maximise our BBBEE rating To manage the end\-to\-end learning and development processes including: + Working with business leaders and managers and using our Performance & Rewards System to identify training needs and trends within the business Designing, both in\-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1\-2\-1 sessions, action learning and e\-learning these blended solutions and training sessions to your delegates, mostly at management level + Manage and oversee the development of the learning team + Management of the training budget + Ensure the HR business partner teams understand the group level objectives and training plan + Set the group training budget with the talent management business partner teams and training partners at operating plan time and manage these budgets throughout the year\. Working with the talent management business partners to align the learning strategy to the Talent Management and business plans\. **Minimum Requirements** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills\. + Refined and engaging L&D activity delivery skills\. + Able to design and implement L&D activities in line with business requirements\. + Good understanding of coaching and mentoring principles and practicalities\. + Ability to build strong relationships across the business with all stakeholders\. + Experience within professional services is preferred\. + Experience of management development and soft skills training + Experience of partnering with third parties + Budget management experience + People management experience + Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences + Preferably of graduate caliber with a proven track record of developing and implementing learning and development programmes in either a consultancy or client side environment + Experience of working in fast paced changing organisations needs to be combined with an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders\. + You will have had experience in the whole training cycle, working with key stakeholders be a strong team player who is happy to contribute to the overall success of the talent management team\.
