+ This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead\.
+ Assist recruiters with the recruitment process from updating/uploading and formatting Requisition To Hire \(RTH\) and job postings and completing apprenticeship verifications\.
+ Assist recruiters with answering any recruitment questions from potential candidates\. Ensure all employment inquiries are answered within 24 hours\.
+ Ensure required documentation and information is obtained and stored within the Applicant Tracking System\.
+ Update and upload candidate profiles and hiring packages to ensure updated information is maintained on the Applicant Tracking System for the recruiters\.
+ Assist the recruiters with sourcing candidates within the Applicant Tracking System and any other systems during periods of high volume\.
+ Assist the recruiters in compiling data for updates and reporting on recruitment strategies and plans to the Recruitment Lead/Manager\.
+ Build strong relationships with the project Human Resources teams to ensure process and procedures are being followed\.
+ Provide back support for answering the Recruitment Hotline\.
+ Create candidate profiles in our the Applicant Tracking System and perform other administrative duties as required\.
+ Work closely with the recruiters to ensure administrative support is provided to ensure effective completion of the recruitment process\.
+ Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System’s \(ATS\) list of users and data fields\.
+ Post, review and print off any required information from the electronic filing system \(HRIS\) which pertains to current tasks, responsibilities and projects\.
+ Providegeneral Human Resourceadministrative support tothe HR team
