**Job Summary** We have an opening for an HR Business Partner in Boston, Massachusetts\. The HR Business Partner works closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs and services are in place to support and drive business objectives\. In this role you will leverage services from the Centers of Excellence in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Organization and Employee Development, Compensation and Benefits\. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR Business Partner background and demonstrated experience as a strategic human resource partner\. The selected individual will be able to build internal business partnerships, provide coaching to leaders and offer creative solutions to business issues\. Candidates must possess effective interpersonal and project management skills; have previous experience in a mid to large organization; preferably in a technical/professional/engineering environment\.
Responsibilities include:
+ Collaborate with all groups within the HR function, translate business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives
+ Coach business leaders on effective team building, change management and organizational effectiveness
+ Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives
+ Effectively manage employee relations issues and investigations
+ Advise and facilitate in areas such as people management and career development
+ Develop and implement programs which foster employee engagement
+ Measure and monitor key HR KPIs
+ Partner with internal resources to execute corporate wide HR initiatives and programs
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 8\+ years of Human Resources experience operating as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner in a mid to large organization\.
+ Experience working in a progressive, technical/professional/engineering organization\.
+ Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas: compensation, employee relations, management, coaching & facilitation, organizational development, benefits, conflict resolution, employee communications and talent acquisition\.
+ The HR culture requires an assertive and dynamic individual who is proactive in communications and able to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company\.
+ High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives in conjunction with day\-to\-day activities with minimum supervision\.
+ Capability, energy, presence and outlook to quickly establish HR's credibility with the senior leadership team\.
+ Well\-developed team building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address sensitive HR issues\.
+ Sound judgment, business acumen and the ability to make a contribution to the business as a whole\.
+ Ability and desire to embrace, manage change effectively; agility is a must
+ Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ SPHR, PHR preferred
