We provide professional services in areas such as aviation, transit, freight rail, highways and bridges, planning, and ports and marine\. Our global network of top\-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries\.
**Job Summary**
+ general clerical support to the Administration Department
+ handling documentation, compiling spreadsheets, document scanning, placing job orders,
+ ad hoc administrative assignments
**Minimum Requirements**
+ at least 4 years’ relevant work experience\.
+ typing speed of no less than 40 w\.p\.m\.
+ good command of spoken and written English and Chinese are required\.
+ good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including proficiency in English\.
+ able to work independently on various office administrative duties with attention to details\.
+ hands\-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint is essential\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5 passes including English Language in the HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE
