This position will assume a wide range of responsibilities including providing support to the Program Director, Deputy Director and functional team leads as needed\. This is a challenging and multi\-faceted position working in a project management environment with the primary focus being on preparing presentations and managing calendars\. The highly\-motivated candidate will be responsible for both general administrative tasks as well as operational and project management activities\. Requires someone who is also detail\-oriented, has a strong work ethic, is well organized, and has advanced computer skills, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and the ability to multitask\. The highly\-motivated candidate will be responsible for project management activities, as well as general administrative tasks, such as: + Coordinate and schedule meetings with PMO Team, District Staff, Clients, Partners, etc\. + Coordinate and schedule Meetings for Program Director + Assist with On Board and Off Board process for the Program + Schedule and coordinate conference rooms for PMO team + Manage PTO requests + Assist with staff team building activities \(Employee of the Month, Team Birthdays, Team Events, etc\.\) + Update program templates and Correspondence Manual as needed + Assist with PMO Training Program + Handling highly confidential correspondence + Preparing presentations, graphs, charts and executive level written correspondencesystems transactions \(Timesheets, expenditures, procurement, etc\)\. + Able to proof executive correspondence, edit and improve other correspondence\. + Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails expertly and confidentially\. + Able to navigate through political situations and handle such with diplomacy and tact\. **Minimum Requirements** + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written\. + Fortune 500 company experience + A minimum of 5 years in an administrative / executive assistant managerial capacity\. + Multi task + Must have strong MS Office Suite Experience , to include intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel andVisio\. + Able to create presentations, charts, graphs, and materials suitable for executives review\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in Human Resources or at least 5 years of relevant work experience + Knowledge of Oracle reporting systems + Previous AECOM experience highly desirable in administrative support of Public Programs\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
