**Job Summary**
+ Assistance to the Strategy & Growth Lead
+ Managing the department’s travel arrangements and proactively coordinate the pre\-planning of trips, including arranging appropriate travel and accommodations, agendas, necessary contacts, marketing materials, and other necessary preparations\.
+ Responsible for supporting various internal communications activities\.
+ Responsible for organising and managing various internal events as and when required\.
+ Providing necessary support on various external marketing events\.
+ Establishing and maintaining the corporate branded materials and stock levels\.
+ Processing, monitoring all department related payments\.
+ Represent the department in a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations, and in written correspondence\.
+ Providing regular feedback/updates on the progress of assigned projects\.
+ Assisting the Strategy & Growth Lead/s in all tasks and functions as required\. This includes, but is not limited to, events, special projects, and meetings\.
+ Developing and maintaining a system that alerts to upcoming deadlines on incoming requests or events\.
+ Handling confidential information in a professional and discreet manner\.
+ Processing and maintaining expenses for the Executives\.
+ Scheduling, coordinating, preparing agendas, attending meetings, taking appropriate minutes as requested, and coordinating follow up as directed\.
+ Helping the Executives manage output, workflow and office deadlines\.
+ Maintaining accurate records in an efficient manner\. Keeping working files and master files of all information/projects as requested\.
+ Must be proactive, able to independently resolve problems or conflicts\.
+ Ensuring that various administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner, including copying, reviewing outside mail, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls when requested, and teleconferencing\.

**Minimum Requirements** Minimum of 5 years administrative experience; minimum of 2 years supporting executives\.
