**About the Business Line** **Program, Cost, Consultancy**
We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\.
**Job Summary**
+ Participate and support in cost plan estimate, preparation of BOQ, tender and contract documents;
+ Interpret drawings and specifications to calculate project costs;
+ Measure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elements, including reviewing and checking;
+ Assess variation orders and prepare interim valuations\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Candidate at entry level will be considered, good exposure during internship/industrial training is an added advantage;
+ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills;
+ Highly motivated individual and able to work in a team;
+ Hardworking and willing to learn;
+ High level of literacy skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
