Our global network of top\-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries\. **Job Summary** AECOM are looking to recruit a Project Administrator to Provide ongoing general administration support to the project team as directed by the project director and project manager\. This will include, but is not limited to: Setting up project filing systems, uploading and down loading project information\. Updating document schedules\. Formatting, populating and setting up templates for reports and presentations\. This may include supporting some bidding activity if the demand for this cannot be met from the dedicated bid support resources and the bidding is prioritised by the business\. Archiving support and implementation of the national archiving standards\. Photocopying and collation of documents such as ADOBE “stapling” Setting up meetings, including assisting with hospitality and diary support\. The Project Administrator role will also provide cover for other roles as is required and directed by the Lead Administrator\. **Minimum Requirements** Ideally Excellent working knowledge of the design process and work stages, as well as roles and responsibilities of clients, designers and contractors Excellent ICT skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Powerpoint\. This should include working with Macros\.
