**Job Summary** We are seeking a Change Management Specialist position inour Los Angeles, California office\.
The Change Management Specialist will play an integral role in ensuring IT change management procedures and objectives are employed by the Infrastructure and Application Development team in their delivery of sustainable technology solutions\. The ideal candidate will focus on the people side of IT and of change management including global business process, technology and organizational changes\. They will work tirelessly to ensure IT staff adoption and usage of the change management process\. The CM Specialist will drive the adoption of change management and create value by contributing to the demonstration of successful change results and outcomes to the business and IT management\.
While the Change Management Specialist does not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed\. The Change Management Specialist will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor\. The Change Management Specialist may also provide direct support and coaching to front\-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions\. The Change Management Specialist will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans\.
The successful candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and will be able to work as a team player with Infrastructure and Software Development staff globally\. The nature of the work will require that the candidate demonstrate initiative, responsibility, tact and flexibility\.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
+ Support change management for Infrastructure and Software Development at a global level
+ Support Project and Change Management communication efforts
+ Assess the change impact with global technicians and managers
+ Ability to solicit feedback and information globally from IT technician, network engineers and application developers
+ Support training efforts
+ Consult and coach global IT and Software Development teams
+ Create change management strategy
+ Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
+ Support senior leaders
+ Coordinate efforts with other specialists
+ Identify and manage anticipated resistance
+ Integrate change management activities into project plan
+ Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
+ Assist with the management of the change portfolio and load
+ Track and report issues
+ Coach managers and supervisors
+ Monitor IT related incident tickets promoting to RFCs where required
+ Follow up on change completion to ensure quality customer service
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 2 or more years of experience as a System or Business Analyst
+ Knowledge of IT operations
+ Experience with IT reporting tools
+ Excellent communication and writing skills; attention to detail
+ Ability to multi\-task and demonstrate a sense of authority
+ Ability to adapt to communicate with global IT staff and respond quickly and authoritatively
+ Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow through
+ Works with minimal supervision and performs well a multiple variety of tasks
+ Skilled with CA Unicenter Service Desk and\\or a configuration management database \(CMDB\)
+ Familiar with internal, external SOX audit compliance processes and procedures
+ Experience with application development methodology, network and infrastructure terminology
