• Minimum High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
• Experience: 4 years experience in field construction supervision including 2 years experience in the Assistant Superintendent position or demonstrated equivalent.
• Due to the nature of the work, candidate must be a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).

Position Description:
• Responsible for daily supervision of craft Marine operations in accordance with established work procedures.
• Promotes jobsite safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies jobsite hazards immediately.
• Analyzes problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on the objectives, risks, implications, and cost.
• Monitors craft performance relative to budget, schedules and deadlines.
• Monitors manpower utilization, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Requisitions tools, materials and equipment in accordance with established procedures and necessary lead times.
• Must be willing to work night shift including overtime as needed, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Will be responsible to maintain complete and accurate records, including daily reports, safe cards, and timesheets.
•Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds and walked extensively up and down stairs and across uneven surfaces.
