**Job Summary** The High Tech Group at AECOM drives relationship management and business development for the Top 20 global consumer and enterprise technology companies\. AECOM is looking for highly motivated and experienced Client Account Manager \(CAM\) with a passion for technology\.
The CAM will work with the High Tech leadership team on accounts that are of strategic importance to AECOM, and will act as the single point of contact for all account\-related requests and activities\. Focused in the global consumer and enterprise high tech industry, the CAM will develop deep knowledge of their account\(s\), industry/sector, the client\(s\) and their business needs\.
The CAM's knowledge of planning, engineering and construction services combined with solid communication skills and analytical abilities will shape how new and existing business grow\. The successful candidate will use their influencing and relationship\-building skills to provide AECOM\-caliber client service\. This position will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of AECOM’s key clients and understand how our range of technical and professional services can grow their business\. The CAM will gain cross\-functional experience working with multiple parts of AECOM: Operations, Marketing, Support, Finance, etc\.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
+ Grow the client accounts and sell the full project life cycle of services that AECOM offers
+ Assist with business development activities including proposal development and RFP responses
+ Manage workflow among team members to execute complex projects and programs and verify accountability to team goals
+ Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new projects/programs while verifying that clients are satisfied
+ Monitor and manage adherence to the Master Services Agreement \(MSA\) and negotiated rates
+ Develop forward thinking, data\-driven sales analyses and recommendations that align with client goals and develop service solutions to pitch to clients
+ Coach and develop junior members of the account management team
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business or related field
+ 8\+ years' relevant experience
+ A Master’s Degree can substitute for up to two years of work experience
+ Demonstrated success performing in a large matrixed organization
+ Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with account teams
+ Client service experience and/or industry experience
+ Experience in process development and implementation
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills and interpersonal skills
+ Project management experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills
+ Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management; self\-starter
+ Detail oriented and the ability to adapt to changing environment
+ Energetic, enthusiastic and organized
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree a plus
