**Job Summary** The Learning Management System Administrator support all aspects of the Learning Management System \(LMS\) including course testing and deployment, learner data management, training, reporting, administration of learning curricula, upload and schedule of courses\.
In addition, the incumbent will provide guidance and technical support to training administrators in the field, provide regular reporting for management, and will participate in the design and implementation of new training plans\.
+ Responsible for the day\-to\-day management and continuing operation of the Learning Management Systems \(LMS\)
+ Develop proficiency in all components of the LMS domains, training content types, learner groups and overall system administration
+ Responsible for day\-to\-day management and maintenance of the LMS system
+ Research, troubleshoot and resolve LMS functionality issues
+ Support training initiatives and personnel to ensure on\-time project delivery and client satisfaction
+ Assist in the configuration, testing and deployment of training content
+ Is the point of contact for LMS support
+ Recommend and implement system administration policies and provide internal training to other customer service staff
+ Configure training in the LMS with all required details
+ Provide support to instructional designers in the areas of cloning, archiving, and training setup processes within the LMS
+ Analyze and prepare reports on training utilization, enrollment, and program participation
+ Design and generate ad\-hoc and recurring training reports
+ Manage relationship with LMS peers to convey business needs, oversee continuous improvement efforts and system upgrades
+ Provide the functional guidance needed to test system updates
+ Develop and maintain system and process documentation
+ Work with peers to enhance LMS features to support and enhance the current system
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Minimum 2 years LMS administration experience required preferably with application administration experience
+ In\-depth knowledge and experience managing SCORM e\-learning content within a corporate LMS environment\.
+ Detail oriented, organized, methodical, quality conscious and customer centric
+ A working knowledge of e\-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Suite, BrainShark, Articulate Suite
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Greatcustomer service and collaboration skills
+ Ability to effectively multitask with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
+ Ability to work within project timelines, establishes priorities, and meets milestones and deliverables
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with Learning Management System preferred
