**Job Summary**
**The Opportunity**
Acting in a senior technical role within our Auckland Buildings Structural group, you will be engaged on a range of projects from small to large scale commercial buildings through to remedial works\.
As a senior member of the technical team, you will also be providing overview and guidance to junior members of the team while actively involved in all stages of a project, from bidding phase through to design and construction\. This role will involve collaboration across all aspects of the industry and internally\. The role will require regular communication with external clients, architects, consultants and contractors / builders\.
**Minimum Requirements**
**About You**
As an experienced Façade Engineer, you will be knowledgeable in a range of façade systems with the ability to develop the most relevant solution for a given project\. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:
+ Solid experience and knowledge in the fabrication and procurement of facades\.
+ Able to use all Microsoft Office and related packages\.
+ Knowledge of relevant façade & structural software, eg\. Strand 7, Spacegass, Therm, Autocad, Revit\.
+ Good understanding of the New Zealand Façade market\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ideally good freehand sketching ability for use in technical façade detailing\.
