**About the Business Line** **Infrastructure Services**
We are planners, materials scientists, engineers, engagement consultants, asset managers and geotechnical specialists\. Our team works to shape and influence some of our world’s most complex and challenging infrastructure\. We also provide complementary services to other AECOM teams working in the sectors of Mining, Transportation, Manufacturing, Industrial and Water\.
**Job Summary** The ‘URS Benaim’ business unit focuses on providing value engineering services for the Design and Construct market\. The company has worked collaboratively with contractors to develop several innovative forms of construction and many of its projects have won awards for their excellence\. It also supports public/private sector clients with services including high level value engineering studies, project management, expert witness, client independent engineer and due diligence services\.
We are looking for a number of Graduate Civil Engineers to join our team to carry out civil/structural/geotechnical design work\.
Day to day you will assist in carrying out the design and drafting of civil/structural engineering works\. You will assist our project engineer’s in the routine management of projects and assist in the preparation of technical notes and public consultation papers\. You will also assist in the preparation of tender documents \(conditions of contract, specifications, method of measurements & bills of quantities\) and tender reports\.
This is a great opportunity to work for a niche engineering group of 70 staff, based in the URS Benaim office in North Point, Hong Kong\. You will receive on the job training and mentoring from our technical group of engineering experts\.

**Minimum Requirements** We are seeking recent graduates with a Degree in Civil or related Engineering discipline\. You will possess excellent communications skills \(both verbal and written English\), good initiative and have the ability to work under pressure / meet deadlines\.
