Come share your passion with us\. **About the Business Line** **Government** AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere\. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world\. GSS supports the U\.S\. Government, non\-U\.S\. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support\. **Job Summary** AECOM has a great opportunity for a **Sr HR Generalist** on our FOSTERS program in Australia\. The selected candidate will perform a variety of administration/professional human resource functions in areas such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training and development, EEO/Affirmative Action, and benefits administration\. Responsible for processing changes in \(i\.e\. employee status, pay, benefits etc\.\), ensuring data is complete, entering data into HRIS, and providing guidance to staff regarding human resources policies and procedures\. May research information about various topics, as requested\. Assists in overseeing the HR day\-to\-day support for the assigned contract\. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited four\-year college or university or equivalent and 4 to 7 years of experience in either HR Generalist or Specialist roles\. + Proactive collaboration within a HR team\. + Demonstrated ability to impact and influence others\. + Operating experience within a complex, changing environment\. + Current TS/SCI Security Clearance\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Government Contractor experience preferred\. + PHR certification preferred\. + Experience supporting employees deployed and being on a deployed assignment also preferred\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
