Minimum Requirements: Education, Registration, Certifications
a. Bachelors degree in landscape architecture, restoration ecology, plant biology, environmental sciences or engineering, or related field.
b. Working towards and achieve Registered Landscape Architect.
Experience
a. Three years of landscape architectural experience.
b. Masters degree in landscape architecture or related field can substitute for up to two years of work experience.
c. PhD degree in landscape architecture or related field can substitute for up to three years of work experience.
d. Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
a. Similar to LA-P1, in addition the following:
b. Application of standard practice and techniques in specific situations, adjustment and correlation of data, recognition of discrepancies in results.
c. Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Photoshop, Sketchup, etc.).
d. Working knowledge of irrigation design.

a. May coordinate the work of others who assist in specific assignments.
