Our global network of top\-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries\. **Job Summary** AECOM is seeking a full\-time **Project Manager** professional for the New York, New York office location\. This position is part of the Construction Management team on the MTA Capital Construction East Side Access Project, a multi\-billion dollar rail improvement project improving mobility within the Long Island Transportation Corridor\-specifically commuter rail access between Long Island and the East Side of Midtown Manhattan\. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: + Working under supervision of ESA Program Manager, Design & CPS, will coordinate activities with ESA Contract Administrator/Procurement Officer for Consultant Contract + Prepares CPS Task Orders for new construction packages\. Prepares Task Order revisions to increase authorized task order amounts as needed\. Closes out completed CPS Task Orders + Manages procurement and interface of Construction Phase Design Services + Obtains scope\-of\-work statements and cost estimates for needed construction design changes from Construction Managers + Coordinates issuance of related PCOs, and negotiates Mods and CPS work requests with supervisor and assigned Procurement Officer + Monitors compliance with administrative requirements regarding scope and approval of post\-NTP CPS Requests and maintenance of related document records\. Reports non\-compliance to Construction Managers and Supervisor for appropriate action + Reviews Consultant CPS invoices, monitors verification of billings by Construction Managers, ensures timeliness of invoice processing, and prepares Contract Payment Request and related support documents necessary for invoice approval + Maintains and updates the CPS Forecast + Tracks CPS spending trends against approved CPS estimates, CPS Forecast and ESA CPS budget\. Reports deviations from expected spending to Construction Managers and Supervisor for appropriate action\. Recommends corrective action and monitors recovery planning/ actions with the GEC and CM **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related professional field + Minimum of 5\+ years of experience related to Consultant contracts for CPS, Engineering or Architectural services, Project/Program Management and/or procurement + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, Access and Outlook\) + Valid Driver's License **Preferred Qualifications** None **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
