Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline - OR - combination of education, certifications and specialized industry experience (subject to the Government Contracting Officer granting a waiver).
Minimum 8 years of directly related experience is required (systems administration and analysis experience is preferred but not required). Also Required:
• 2-5 years+ experience administering Remedy v7+ AR - Action Request Service Management tool including Help Desk Incident, Change Management (CMDB)
• Knowledge of, and experience with, Remedy version 8.0 or 8.1 preferred
• Experience with doing Remedy migrations and upgrades preferred
• Experience with Remedy Web Services
• Knowledge of Remedy Problem Management
• Experience with the Remedy Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
o Designing the CMDB
o Building the links within the CMDB
• Experience in training licensed users in the usage of the Remedy ITSM Suite.
• Experience integrating Remedy with other products either directly or through the API.
• Knowledge of Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping tool.
• Experience building reports with Crystal Reports software
• Experience building reports using Business Object using Webi
• In depth knowledge of Remedy version 7.6 (or above) including the ITSM Application Suite.
• Hands on experience both developing and administering the ITSM Suite version 7.6 or above.
• Ability to design and create custom applications based on Remedy architecture.
• Experience with Crystal Reports software.
• Ability to provide accurate completion times for assigned tasks.
• Experience with Business Objects reporting software.
• Ability to troubleshoot Remedy workflow
• Knowledge of the Incident Management system including configuration and development.
• Knowledge of the Change Management system including configuration and development
Requires U.S. citizenship or U.S. Perm Resident and ability to pass/maintain Public Trust clearance

Duties include:
Administering ITSM Remedy 7.6 (or higher) , CMDB, Asset Mgmt, Incident Management, etc; performing Oracle 10g/11g SQL queries; providing operational support to business unit users of the ITSM Remedy application.
