AECOM is looking for a Supply Chain Management \(SCM\) lead for our Bonnyville, AB office\. The incumbent is responsible to lead the Supply Chain Management team to align business requirements within a centralized business model and support Regionaloperations' key staff\.
+ Direct supervision of equipment and materials team leads, subcontract coordination, and Supply Chain Management \(SCM\) data control within AECOM O&G \- Heavy Oil Region Operations team\.
+ Coach, monitor, assist and assign tasks to the Supply Chain team\. Review outstanding tasks with team members and update priority list and/or projects and/or clients with any changes\.
+ Ensure all Supply Chain team members understand and practice AECOM's Safety Policies and Procedures\.
+ Conduct annual Performance Management process for direct reports\.
+ Assist with identifying areas of opportunity and barriers for effective performance from all Supply Chain team members\.
+ Forecast and manage resourcing plans to optimize the project schedule requirements\.
+ Manage and oversee compliance to internal and external regulatory processes \(SOX, ISO, and ABSA\) as applicable\.
+ Ensure compliance with AECOM's Supply ChainManagement \(SCM\)processes\.
+ Develop project specific strategies for procurement, equipment and inventory storage and control in conjunction with Divisional SCM when required, while adhering to AECOM's processes and procedures\.
+ Lead the equipment and small tools management for dynamic phases of a project\.
+ Ensure full traceability for client issued and AECOM's procured material as well as proper inventory storage and control as per client and supplier specifications and processes\.
+ Ensure team maximizes utilization of materials management system \(SmartPlant Materials\)\.
+ Participate with Central Subcontracts and Procurement groupsto monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms and conditions\.
+ Participate and support solicitation responses to potential client projects, including Supply Chain manpower and equipment forecast planning, as required\.
+ Identify opportunities for cost reduction and/or process & procedure improvements and engage appropriate personnel\.
+ Responsible for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators of team and developing solutions to mitigate or eliminate barriers to ensure effective performance\.
+ Respond to and clarify questions concerning commercial or material transactions\.
+ Maintain open and continuous lines of communication and collaboration with clients, senior project \- management and divisional Supply Chain management\.
+ Attend project, divisional & team meetings to review and provide updates on project and/or weekly progress, current and/or outstanding issues\.
+ Provide leadership in material requirement planning process for dynamic phases of a project\.
+ Contribute with project specific and divisional supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with approved commercial terms\.
+ Collaborate with other functional managers/supervisors/peers to enhance the success of projects and/or other functional department goals/tasks\.
+ Ensure proper documentation and reporting is kept for meetings, contract revisions, correspondence and project progress\.
