We enable the success of our employees and our operations by ensuring they have the tools, information, resources and support they need to do their jobs\. **Job Summary** The Vice President – Global Talent Development will provide leadership for the overall strategy and management of the enterprise Learning & Development function\. The VP will consult with operating and functional stakeholders to create and implement an enterprise learning strategy focused on a corporate university, executive development; leadership profiles; leadership development model and framework, coaching, the development of high potentials, senior leaders and careers to deliver against our company business strategy\. In this position, the VP will be responsible for the deployment and delivery of learning and talent solutions that drive change\. With the integration of legacy AECOM and URS, the VP will enable a high performance culture through continuous learning with AECOM University\. The VP will be acting as a strategic thought leader as well as a “hands\-on specialist” to guide the organization through the learning maturity model and provide value of learning to the business\. The VP will work closely to ensure alignment and integration with all talent management initiatives and serve as a resource and confidant to the CHRO and Global Talent SVP on talent\-related issues\. The VP would have the following duties: + Develop the framework and implement AECOM University, governance structure, stakeholder engagement, learner experience, and enable a continuous learning culture\. + Work with select vendor\(s\) to develop a leadership strategy, leadership assessment and development plans for top 1% of the organization\. + Socialization of leadership model to Executive Committee and global talent management team for strong alignment with leadership program practices\. + Thrive in a matrix environment and promote strong team work across business groups and functions by sharing ideas and information\. The position requires strong relationship management skills, high levels of resourcefulness, influence/organizational savvy, strategic vision, execution skills, executive presence\. + Exhibit absolute familiarity with the cutting edge of current leadership development and learning strategies\. Equally important is the practical application and ability to implement and drive execution\. + Manage the enterprise L&D team with strong connection to matrix global business group L&D teams\. Influence and collaboration is a critical competency in a decentralized L&D and business line training organizational structure\. + Formulate strategies for training, learning, and development, and disseminating knowledge and information through learner technology, social media and instructors\. + Take the lead role in conducting large\-scale organizational needs analysis, design and development, assessment and evaluation of enterprise learning solutions to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy\. + Develop partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and management participating in stakeholder meetings and planning sessions to cultivate and maintain open lines of communication\. + Work with business leaders across the organization to identify capability gaps and systemically learning opportunities + Establish a governance model and policies for employee learning\. + Evaluate global programs and processes for their overall effectiveness by developing and supporting key indicators that measure the value of learning solutions in terms of performance improvement and behavior change + Create a tracking system for the high potentials and senior leaders to track career progression, skills, predict experience and capability gaps in the organization, etc\. + Support OD, change management and Inclusion efforts with education support as appropriate + Drive pilot and deployment of all learning and development programs and processes + Build organizational commitment to L&D efforts by demonstrating the delivered value of competitive and meaningful investment in the professional development of employees\. + Strategic projects as assigned + Oversee multiple vendor relationships/consulting partners and have experience with RFPs, contract negotiations, cost management, and problem\-solving\. **Minimum Requirements** + 15\+ years’ experience in progressive HR/OD roles leading, creating and facilitating leadership, learning, career development and/or other related OD processes within a large, complex global organization\. + Bachelor’s degree required\. PhD/MBA preferred\. + Demonstrated record of success working in a complex, global environment\. International experience preferred\. + Highly flexible/relationship\-oriented individual with experience in the direct development and implementation of talent methodologies that have been proven drivers of improved business performance\. + The successful candidate will be of the highest intellectual caliber, a quick learner with excellent educational credentials\. This person will be a professional with high executive demeanor and the confidence to represent the company as a key internal leader and external ambassador + Strategic, business\-oriented thinking coupled with hands on operational/implementation experience and the ability to align processes and systems to support the organization’s strategic objectives\.
