Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs\. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\.
**Job Summary**
+ Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering a group of projects or one major project from conceptual stages through all phases of the projects, with the assistance of the project team\.
+ Responsible for budgets, scheduling and staffing as well as maintaining and increasing relationships with key subcontractors and target clients\.
+ Work in concert with Executives and SVP Business Development
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Responsible for leading the project team and ensuring project completion within budget schedule and in conformance with specifications\.
+ Reviews bids, documents and data for the project; establishing schedules and budgets for contract obligations\. Participates in bid contract negotiations\.
+ Takes the initiative in working with all departments including cost/scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, construction, labor relations, finance and accounting and other services required to be performed for the project to achieve an integrated project team approach to the work\.
+ Initiates and directs the planning and development of the project scope, procedure, budget and overall project schedule\.
+ Reviews all major purchase orders, change orders and contracts/sub\-contracts and periodically reviews change order controls to assure that all change orders are current and adequate\.
+ Reviews and approves all project forecasts; schedules, cost estimates, financial reports and reconciles all commitments that exceed assigned budgets\.
+ Coordinates all client contacts and maintains working relationships at all levels throughout the period of the project\. Monitors and controls all contractual commitments to assure that all work is being performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the contract\.
+ Reviews equipment procurement methods, schedules and specific plans including expediting, supplier surveillance and methods of delivery to ensure compatibility with the overall project schedule and budget\.
+ Conducts periodic project and Client meetings to review progress and discuss construction and engineering changes to project suggested by Client\.
+ Resolves problems of coordination, schedule and priority\.
+ Responsible for managing, coordinating and administering major projects including responsibility for timely and appropriate billing and payments of our suppliers and contractors\.
+ Takes the lead in working with all departments including engineering, cost/scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, construction, labor relations, and accounting and other services required to be performed for the project\.
+ Thorough understanding of scope of work, covered by the trade contracts\.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering and procurement and other project\-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies\.
+ Ability to manage; take corrective action, monitor work, manage conflict, coordinate the activities of others\.
+ Determines the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines that must be met\.
+ Must be able to interact with Owner/Client and establish a working relationship\.
+ Must be able to coordinate and establish a “Team Concept” with all staff on the project\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ BS in Construction management, Engineering, Architecture or related technical field\.
+ A minimum of 10\-15 years of progressive Construction Project management experience, which includes knowledge of all phases of construction operations relating to field activities, of all field engineering disciplines, all construction technologies and project management
+ Experience with a major construction/program management firm, Interiors/renovations\.
