Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources\.
**Job Summary** AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager \- Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer to provide technical leadership of project teams who will be working on planning, evaluation, design and implementation of large\-scale civil/environmental engineering projects\. The team is responsible for a wide range of designs and evaluations typically centering on the permitting, evaluation, design and construction administration of civil/environmental engineering projects\. The successful candidate will lead study\-phase design\-phase and construction\-phase projects related to the civil, power, environmental, construction and industrial fields\. Projects will be performed under the direction of the Group or Program Manager in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Group\.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
+ Work with existing clients and pursue new business/development opportunities in the civil\-environmental market segments
+ Coordinate a number of projects or project tasks, and junior engineering project teams
+ As a Project Manager \- Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer, this position will also organize teams, develop work plans for new contracts, assign work elements to qualified staff and monitor and review technical progress of these projects in conjunction with, or in support of, the Group or Program Manager
+ Technical writing, oral presentations and working with planning/evaluation, design and construction teams
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in scientific or engineering discipline or relevant field
+ Minimum 15\+ years of air quality consulting
+ Significant experience with client interactions and business development
+ Air quality consulting experience, with a high degree of technical competence in Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, and MACT
+ Conversant with regulatory requirements related to power, industrial and oil & gas facilities
+ Proficient use of PC\- based applications \( MS Word, Excel, Access\) and good typing skills are required, as well as a motivated, hard\-working team player with attention to detail
+ Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs \(Word, PowerPoint\)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Source testing experience
+ Ability to balance the level of analysis recommended with an appropriate budget
+ Project management experience on large complex air quality projects
+ Experience leading teams of technical staff
