**Job Summary** AECOM Corporation is a fully integrated engineering, construction and technical services organization with the capabilities to support the full project life cycle—from inception through start\-up and operation to decommissioning and closure\. In this position, you will be a member of the Outreach Team on our Commuter Services of PA project, which manages the travel demand management \(TDM\) programs for thirteen counties in Central PA\. As an **Employer Outreach Manager** you will promote alternative transportation mode use by interacting with personnel at employer worksites for the purpose of scheduling meetings and events to educate the employees about non\-drive alone modes of transportation\. You will be tasked with specific weekly and monthly outreach goals established to assure proper levels of individualized commuter marketing support and services are being distributed throughout the assigned region\. The Employer Outreach Manager will interact on a daily basis with a wide variety of individuals who are actively seeking transportation information from our program and/or individuals whom are involved in providing transportation planning assistance such as transit agencies, planning entities and business organizations\. All efforts of the Employer Outreach Manager are geared toward the goal of improving traffic congestion and air quality in the Commonwealth\.
Employer Outreach Manager performs a range of transportation demand management, marketing, and promotional projects, aimed at enhancing opportunities for individual travelers, commuters, and/or students to utilize non\-drive\-alone means of transportation, including carpooling, vanpooling, public transit, bicycling, walking, teleworking, and other options\.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Identify employers and/or organizations in Schuylkill, Carbon, Monroe and Pike Counties who could benefit from the programs offered by Commuter Services of PA
+ Establish meetings and events with these identified entities for the purpose of promoting and implementing commute options programs on site
+ Maintain ongoing relationships with these employer partners via ongoing promotions and events
+ Possess knowledge and awareness of business and social entities in Schuylkill, Carbon, Monroe and Pike Counties
+ Track progress of multiple employer partners and document level of participation in the varied Commuter Services programs
+ Carry out searches for new employer partners via telephone, email and social media platforms
+ Attend local networking and public meetings
+ Interact with employer representatives, human resources staff, state and local transportation officials, and elected officials
+ Conduct presentations for stakeholders, employers and commuters
+ Data entry of commuter statistics into rideshare computer software
+ Work closely with individual commuters to facilitate an increase in more cost effective and clean commuting modes
+ Measure clean commuting at worksites, according to program procedures
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Public\-health or related field
+ Demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
+ Must have excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills and experience in handling multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
+ Proven track record meeting job performance metrics
+ Ability to achieve objectives through teamwork
+ Field office work will require reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record
+ Some heavy lifting \(<30 lbs\) may be required
