The Job Cost Administrator, Entry provides accurate and timely accounting services for tracking our projects from job set-up to job completion using standard company policies and procedures. In this role the Job Cost Administrator, Entry responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Provide support on tasks related to producing accurate job setup, cost/revenue tracking and job completion procedures • Data entry of employee and equipment time • Create and receive purchase orders • Create and process Field Activity Confirmations (FAC) used in the billing process • Routine and project-specific correspondence • Filing and maintaining project documentation; project binder construction and organization • Invoicing as per customer requirements • Assist Project Management in Client Reporting • Faxing, photocopying, and performing other administrative responsibilities as required • Ability to work independently or on a team • Provide excellent customer service; both internally and externally • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook • Fundamental knowledge of labor standards • Self-motivated, with proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Detail oriented with ability to adhere to deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external • Able to work independently or on a team • Able to multi-task • Able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment We invite you to take the next step toward THE BEST WORK OF YOUR LIFE EOE M/F/Disability/Veteran
