The minimum requirements for this position are as follows: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Excellent communications and analytical skills; demonstrated working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs. Position may require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software. Position may require travel. Selected candidate must possess or attain a Security + certification within 4 months of hire date. Qualify for and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and possess a valid state issued driver’s license. Desired Qualifications: Ability to perform analysis on business data and develop COGNOS and Crystal reports from SQL databases. Knowledge of Sharepoint 2013 Business Intelligence design and development of business data dashboards using Excel Services and SSRS. Knowledge of National Security System requirements to include National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), and other DOD guidelines. Experience/knowledge of Costpoint, P2K and AIMS application software. Experience in an aviation working environment with understanding of business logistics is desired. Possess a current TS-SSBI security clearance. Job Description: LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED. Review and analyze client requirements, and propose system solutions. Essential Responsibilities: 1) Evaluate client requirements and recommend solutions. 2) Support installation and implementation of selected solution, including technical assistance and client training. 3) Support production process, including trouble-shooting, follow-on training, upgrade assistance. 4) Analyze existing systems to evaluate effectiveness and recommend changes where appropriate. 5) Prepare detailed documented requirements for selected activities (i.e., data management, configuration management, program management, etc.) 6) May provide administrative support to project management staff in customer meetings, presentations and briefings. 7) Maintain and establish a filing system for correspondence, project status report, and other technical documentation for tracking and inventory control. 8) Comply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures. 9) May provide informal training in implementing software programs based on user requirements. 10) Assist in the preparation and production of technical reports, progress reports, data requirements and system constraints for technical presentations, meetings and customer briefings. 11) Provide support in the development of technical proposal and provide input on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work. 12) Work with users to develop and maintain Cognos reports 13) Support and administer several logistics applications. Troubleshoot and administer basic setup and assist users with issues. 14) Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) duties to include assist with System Security Plan writing and system configuration. Perform security audits as required. Educate classified system users during initial briefing and as needed. 15) Assist in developing system and user work flows. Suggest and help plan for efficiencies. 16) Administer the IT helpdesk to include system setup, assisting users and a Tier 1 level, assigning issues, running reports, determining trends and recommending efficiencies. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
