More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line** **Energy** We address the complete spectrum of energy challenges, including clean and renewable energy, energy efficiency and carbon management, hydropower and dams, thermal, geothermal and wind power generation, and transmission and distribution\. **Job Summary** AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Civil\-Site/Utilities Designer with a focus in Civil/Site infrastructure design for employment in our Charleston, SC office\. Role Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for providing support for senior\\lead engineers and project managers with respect to water\\wastewater infrastructure expansion, relocation and rehabilitation design efforts\. Tasks will include activities focused on site specific design of Civil/Site and utilities projects\. Activities will include the design of various site design and utilities aspects of large site development and industrial projects\. The projects will be for both local, US and international clients\. Construction phase services may also be included in the work efforts\. Work will be performed either alone or as part of a team, but will most likely require coordination and interaction with both a larger AECOM team and the client\. Responsibilities may include preparation of project drawings and calculations, design of various project elements for inclusion in the final project deliverable, and coordinating with public utilities\\agencies, private utilities, and sub consultants Responsibilities include upholding both client and AECOM health and safety standards\. Individual will have to interact with multi\-discipline and multi\-office teams within AECOM, clients and regulatory agencies\. This position affords the ability to make an important and meaningful contribution to our projects and our clients\. The role will provide the opportunity for skill development in many aspects of the profession, as well as opportunities for increased responsibility, challenges and project management\.
