**Job Summary** As a member of the Human Resources team supporting the Latin America Area of the Design & Consulting Services Division at AECOM, the HR Intern will work on project\-based assignments in several areas of human resources\. The scope of these projects includes targeted research on new and/or emerging areas of employment and HR, recruiting and onboarding including the new hire process, training, operation support and process improvement\.
The bilingual HR Intern will have the opportunity to work on assignments involving several countries throughout Latin America\. The work will include independent data gathering and analysis, participation in team\-based problem solving, collaboration with operations and other staff, and summary of findings and recommendations for process improvement\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English with the ability to effectively read and write at a high level
+ Interest in Human Resources and pursuing a degree in a related field
+ Junior, Senior, or Graduate academic status
+ Knowledge of HR\-related laws, regulations and best practices
+ Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
+ Comfort with public speaking
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with all levels of staff
+ Resourceful problem solving abilities
+ Ability to effectively multi\-task and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
